Nothing but a pleasure to work with! Chue was our installation technician and he was AMAZING! I called mid morning and they had someone out that same day. We went over my needs and I got the bid later that afternoon. After briefly discussing I decided to move forward and I could not be happier. I was able to have my knobs swapped the next day in record time. After realizing I needed to add another key to one of the handles Chue worked his magic and came back out the next day! I picked this locksmith based on good online reviews. Good choice. We needed a new key fob programmed, pretty quick and helpful. Meanwhile, the shop feels like a fun family business, also selling Pokemon cards, treats, etc and fish tanks to check out. I had kids along and they were happy and occupied while the key was reprogrammed.
